Tip of the Week: Don’t Let Your Online Reviews Get Stale

How old are your online reviews? Unless they’re very recent, they may not be doing you any good.

SearchEngineLand reports 69 percent of consumers think reviews older than 3 months aren’t even relevant.

To ensure you’re getting a continuous stream of new online reviews, put processes in place to request them from every customer — preferably immediately following an interaction, which their experience with you is fresh in their mind. That way, they’ll be far more likely to respond — and you’ll get more details in the review.
