According to SearchEngineLand, 70 percent of consumers will leave reviews when asked. That number may be even higher if you make it really easy to leave an online review.
Make sure to use a variety of formats when requesting reviews, including on-site tablets or kiosks, email-based request and text messaging. Be sure to include links to high-impact review sites like Google and Facebook in your requests, as well as on your locations' websites and business listings.
