Tip of the Week: Respond Quickly and Politely

When a customer says, “Thank you for your excellent service,” either in your store or on the phone, do you ignore them? Of course not. You respond politely with “You’re welcome,” or something similar, to show your appreciation. Don’t treat a positive online business review any differently!

A quick, courteous response boosts customer satisfaction and your online reputation, while encouraging repeat business. It demonstrates to your customers that you value their business and feedback.
