Tip of the Week: Keep Survey Questions Short

Sending surveys to your customer base is an excellent way to get actionable feedback to improve your business. However, if the questions are too long, then customers will abandon the survey. Make it easy for customers to complete the survey by keeping the length to 10 questions that take 10 minutes or less to answer.
