Tip of the Week: Roll Out Positive Reviews Over Time

If your team has requested reviews from past customers and the majority of them are positive, don't publish all of them at once. Consumers are savvy and may see a deluge of positive reviews as being fake.

Roll out positive reviews in a steady stream over time. If you don't, then you'll lose a potential customer's trust before they even have a chance to visit your location.
