You’ve worked to establish a pool of positive reviewers, fans and followers by implementing consistent practices for requesting and responding to online reviews. Keep your momentum going by engaging them using social channels.

A great way to do this is to cross-promote your review content. Encourage social sharing by providing buttons and social engagement widgets. Use the mention feature to engage your biggest fans and generate a few more shares, likes and retweets. Also, make sure to keep sharing positive reviews on your social and web pages, to get the word out about the great customer experience you provide.
